Hi:

I recently upgraded my eMailSignature to v7.5 enterprise edition.

I have the eMailSignature running on a Windows 7 x64bit laptop. The database is SQL2K5.

My problem is that the overview (initial page) shows that one user has failed deployment.

When I invoked "Status monitor" to explore, the window lists only the successful deployments even when "Show All Users" is selected. I attempted to export the "Status Monitor" entries to a file. When I clicked "Export to file" button, the status entries disappear and nothing happens.

What is causing this this? Can you please help getting this resolved?

Hi Saro,

It seems like you are experiencing a variation of this bug.

If you have no errors in your Status Monitor - no worries.
We will fix the incorrect 'Alert and Information' in the next release.

No sure why your 'Export to file' does not work - maybe your database is upgraded incorrectly?

Here is what I obeserved in addition....

When I tried to click check version while on the Status Monitor I got and error saying

"Version of sign.exe (7.5.0) and eMailSignature Cockpit (7.5.0) does not match.

Please upgrade to the latest sign.exe from www.emailsignature.eu if you have Maintenance Subscription."

How to get this most up-to-date file.

This is reported as a bug in version 7.5 - no worries - You are up-to-date!
