Hej eMailSignature,

Vi oplever desværre flere gange jævnligt, at brugere taber deres autosvar når de logger på. Det kræver blot vi kører sign.exe igen, men dette er selvfølgelig et stort irritations moment for brugerne til dagligt.

Når vi går ind og ser på Diagnostics, så skriver den følgende besked:
'3002: , -2147467259, [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Invalid Connection()).) Ugyldig forbindelse.. - Signatures from default settings, no group settings or individual settings apply.'

Desværre, så ved jeg ikke lige hvor jeg skal gå viderehen herfra?

Det ligner en manglende databaseforbindelse. Kan du sende en log til support@brandedmails.com?
