A customer of mine would like to use your product, but he would like to have some more information :
How does the plugin work from a technical point of view? I mean, how does the interaction with Outlook itself happen? How does it apply the signatures? When the sign.exe is triggered, does it put information in the registry or creates it specific files in the user's profile?
Could you give me a (detailed) answer on this, so I can communicate this with my end-user as soon as possible?
Thanks!

No not really. It doesn't mention anything about how the real interaction with Outlook works. Does it put info in the registry, does it create files in the user's profile, ....?
Maybe a stupid question, but my customer would really like to know how the info from AD and the SQL DB, is being put into Outlook.
Cheers

A HKCU is pointing to the settings DB and the email signature files are saved to the Outlook profile. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
