Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Strange problem, was testing this before purchase. It seems everyone gets the signature (including phone, fax, name etc) of the user who logs in most recently.

Ie if i was the last person to log in everyone gets the signature "Alan underwood, 019xxxxxxx" etc. when they start a new mail.

If my another user then logs in after me, all new emails we start have "Kevin Anthoney, 019xxxxxx" etc.

Is this something i'm setting up wrong in TS 2k3 , emailsignature, login scripts.....?

Running Sign.exe will identify users via their Windows login name - then get their information from the data source and then deploy to their Outlook profile.

Do users login individually and are their profiles generated on your TS?
Are users registered in the Status Monitor - if not the debug here.

Please provide Status Monitor log for futher analysis.

Do people log on to the same PC?

We log in to terminal server via RDP on a number of thin client devices, there is only one or two PC's out of 20.

Can you reset the key HKCU\SOFTWARE\Office add-on\eMailSignature\RunAs to blank each time a user logs on and let us know how that goes?
