This is the HTML causing the error containing the word don't.

Symptom
When generating Text Format wrote:
A error occurred while trying to create the txt signature (-2147217900)
Possible solution: Please delete and &'s or 's in the HTML code and try again."

Then

"Either BOF or EOF is Ture, or the current record has been deleted, Requested operation requires a current record."



Code:
please don't print this e-mail unless you really need to


RESOLUTION
Change don't to don´t in HTML format.
