Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi,
My email signature starts with a table (see part of my code below).
The signature gets deployed correctly to our clients (outlook 2003 and 2007), but when I create a new email (either outlook 2003 or 2007), the body of my new email always starts with TWO blank lines before my table starts ....
Any idea why these two lines are added ?

Please post log file for both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 where you see the extra TWO blank lines.

eMailSignature > Diagnostics, Status Monitor (right click on small icon to get the log file)
