Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi we have one user whos Reply/Forward EmailSignature disappears now and then when replying or forwarding emails. When checking the signature in Outlook options there is no signature set for Reply/Forward but when this is set to use the Emailsignature template for this user it still disappears often.

From the Cockpit ive set the user to have the specific template and to Override any other rules.

Status Monitor logs also shows the correct template going out for New and Reply/Forward emails

Any Ideas ?

Jesper thats all the log shows there is nothing below the

Noticed your are running Sign.exe version 4.9.0.

Please upgrade to the latest version (i.e. 4.9.2) replacing both Cockpit.exe and Sign.exe and then enter your Status Monitor Log again and check if the log is noe complete.

Just upgraded Sign.exe and Cockpit.exe to 4.9.2 but the log for a user still ends the same.
