Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Here is the debug for a user not recieving signature and not appearing in the sstaus monitor. There are two such incidences and the only thing that I can see that they have in common is the ' in there names.

It is working for everyone else except 12 which are known MDAC issues we have not upgraded yet.

I am having sometrouble with some logos being sent as attachments, but thatis for another topic.
