|
|
Hi,
I have created a signature that I want to use in Outlook 2007, there are some issues thought, it seems that outlook 2007 does not support HTML so I cant seem to import the Signature. Also when I try and preview the signature using the Cock Pit, I get a error message telling me that Data Source is Active Directory trying to read the root cannot identify validating domain.... (word for word)
what am I doing wrong?
Thanks |

Please verify your root in Application Settings menu -> Advanced Technical Settings.
Then check the same root in Manage Data Sources menu.
Questions.
1) Can you deploy the default signatures found in Cockpit?
2) General error or only specific users?
Please post your status monitor log file for further analysis.
This will provide the following answers which are needed to assist you ...
- eMailSignature version?
- Data source selected
- Any errors detected during deployment |
