After download and running Sign.exe, the log file is OK but empty.
Running Sign.exe in debug mode shows the error in the log file.

Log file debug using the default Simple Demo template and default Access settings DB:

The solution in the log is not correct!

Solution
Remove ((Address)) field from email signature template - or enter content in the field.
