Set Default Signatures for Individuals

Upgrading from v.5.0.0.

Column 'Individual Signatures?' showing 'Yes' when selection is not checked; 'When this option is checked ...'

When clicking SAVE, column is now showing NO without having changed anything. The entry in custom_num5 is NULL.

Question Where is YES coming from?
