6545 error

User deployment failed producing the following error:

Status: 6545: 429, ActiveX component can't create object

User recieve Outlook error message saying:

The signature.... could not be located. This signature may have been removed.

Please help!

Please upgrade MDAC on that PC.

The signature has failed but has changed the Outlook default signature. It will be resolved after upgrading.
