The administrator(s) are notified by email when there is no more licenses available.

And get 10 days to take action (i.e. either delete unused licenses or order extra licenses).

Sounds good to me, but I can't see how a program like this would generate an email - it would have to be triggered by Sign.exe or something which could bloat it.

Sorry - got my programmer's hat on, so might be thinking too much about it.

From a Customer's point of view, we need some way to know that we need to deal with licencing, rather than happen to notice it.

Your request is implemented in the coming version 5 (released this month).

Release Licenses Not In Use will delete licenses for users
- deleted in AD,
- disabled in AD or
- not having executed Sign.exe for the last 30 days
