How to back up the standard Access database?

You should regularly back up your database to guard against data loss. Your default database is settings.mdb.

All data (email signatures, license key, general Outlook settings, user settings, group settings etc.) are stored in your database.

When you back up your settings DB, eMailSignature compacts and repairs the database, and then saves a copy of the database (settings_bak.mdb) on the same share.
