unable to update address in phone book

After selecting the 'Address' icon I cannot enter any information into the address, city, etc.

All other icons work correctly.
I have checked the permissions.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software.

Please review your access control settings for the AD group to verify that permissions have been set appropriately, and post the result here (it's the last post in the link).
