In the present version, Standard MailFormat is always controlled as we have had no requests to since 2004.
Worse case scenario is that you will end up having users sending out in RTF format - which is for internal use only. Using RTF in outbound emails will not display the email signature correct when received.

| We have staff that use both RTF and HTML. It would be nice to have the option and not make it required. Thanks. |
