From a Software Engineer:

When I entered in the correct ldap statement (LDAP://DC=CORP) on the Data Source Manager table, the users do not appear to be populating at all on the Deploy Signature for individual users. The groups of users (distribution lists) do populate correctly.

There are a couple of things that need further explanation and to me seem to be operation errors.

Question Tools -> Data Source Manager does not have any LDAP setting. So where do you enter 'LDAP://DC=CORP' ?
Question Edit -> Advanced Technical Setting is where you enter special LDAP setting - but it's not required by default and only necessary to use in special cases. Did you try with your default setting (i.e. empty)?
Question Users are only visible after first run of Sign.exe. Did you follow our Best Practice Deployment Guide where you can manage Individual users after the 'Silent' deployment?
