Quickly turn your email communications into a powerful marketing tool
The Campaign Manager provides an efficient and controlled means of appending marketing messages to email signatures.
A 'Campaign' is simply a scheduled block of HTML code that appears beneath the user’s HTML email signature.
Go-to-Outlook with Top 20 Ready-to-Go Campaigns:
- Special offers
- New product announcement
- Corporate values statements
- Prompt for newsletter sign-up
- Sales channel drive
- Opinion polls
- Research surveys
- Disclaimer statements
- Corporate social responsibility (CSR)
- Link to exhibition stand
- Award achieved
- Customer service messages
- Hours of service
- Teaser and link to a press release
- Mergers and acquisitions communication
- Technical bulletins
- Security messages
- Environmental protection messages
- Xmas campaign
- Anniversary celebration
How-to target messages and increase traffic to your web site
Multiple campaigns may be created and saved within the Campaign Manager, and they can be deployed according to simple rules you establish:
- appear only in conjunction with a specific email signature
- appear only for one or more “groups” of users (i.e. technical support and sales)
- appear randomly along with other campaigns, ensuring that recipients receive a mix of campaigns over time
These rules are established through the Campaign Manager’s 'Settings' screen:

- When a campaign is attached to a signature, it only appears in this signature and no other signatures.
- When a campaign is attached based on group belonging it will appear on all HTML signatures that will be deployed to the user if the user is a member of this group.
- When campaigns are random, users get a random campaign when logging on based on available campaigns in Cockpit. Campaigns not active or with an end date before today, are blank.
Thus, if all users must carry marketing message, make sure that you have only active campaigns with an end date later that today.
Improve campaign results
In addition to the above deployment rules, campaigns may also be scheduled to run during specific dates. And you can get campaign results by monitoring clicks/conversions.
This is all done from within the Campaign Manager’s easy-to-use interface:
