Manage Email Signatures centrally from your Desktop - For All Users

Hallo!

Die Signaturen wurden heute im Netzwerk verteilt und funktioniert soweit auch, allerdings gibt es doch noch 2 Probleme.
Zum einen wird die eingestelte Schriftart und Größe nicht übernommen (Arial/10), zum anderen bekommt ein User die Signaturen nicht ins Outlook und die alten Signaturen bleiben erhalten. Die Option das die alten Signaturen gelöscht werden ist aktiviert. Im Status Monitor scheint der User auf.
Laut Logfile wird die Outlook Version des Users nicht erkannt.
Eingesetzt wird Outlook 2007 mit SP1 in einer Citrix Umgebung.

Vielleicht können Sie mir da weiterhelfen.

Hallo Herr Zipperl,

folgende Fragen und Vorschläge habe ich zu Ihrem Problem:

Gibt es nur bei diesem einen User Probleme mit dem Setzen der Schrift auf Arial 10 oder bei allen?

Das Logfile scheint nicht vollständig zu sein. (Ich habe nicht gezählt aber für 28 Signaturen ist das Eingabefeld hier im Forum wohl zu klein.. Wink

) Steht am Ende des Logfiles noch eine Fehlermeldung oder schließt das Log-File mit der OK-Meldung ab?

Funktioniert ein anderer User an diesem PC/Citrix Anmeldung?

Vielleicht ist das Outlook Profil dieses Users defekt. Erstellen Sie für den Benutzer ein neues Outlook-Profil und führen Sie dann die Sign.exe noch einmal aus.

Wenn auch andere User auf dem Citrix-Server Probleme haben, deutet das auf defekte MDAC Komponenten hin, diese dann auf dem Server aktualisieren/neu installieren...

Hallo Herr Kiesler,

sorry für die späte Anwort.

Das Logfile wurde 1:1 übertragen, im Programm wird im Logfile nicht mehr angezeigt.

Der Fehler tritt insgesamt bei 3 Usern auf, wobei es bei 2 ein Lizenzproblem ist, die Lizenzen dazu wurden schon angeboten.
Alles in allem tritt das Problem somit nur bei einem User auf.
Neuanlegen des Outlookprofiles werde ich testen!

Hallo Herr Frier,

das Problem ist das ein User die Signaturen nicht erhält. Im Logfile steht das die Outlookversion nicht erkannt wird. bei den restlichen Usern funktionieren die Signaturen. Verwendet wird Citrix 4.5, Outlook 2007. Den Workaround mit dem neu anlegen des Profiles den Hr. Kiesler vorgeschlagen hat probiere ich noch aus.

If you run the SET command line on user He's PC, that might explain why Outlook version cannot be found.

I am sure the problem is the user profile. Learn more here to troubleshoot Outlook profile.

I still don't like your log ending without Status: OK (see below example). But if all users get their signatures (exept user HE), then you might have other things to do ... Smile
