1) Create and activate campaign to standard and reply signatures.

2) When I create new reply signature, the campaign is automatically added to the new reply signature.

This is not a bug, but 'by design'.

When a signature is copied, all properties follow the new signature including the ID for the campaign, if any is attached to the campaign.
