How To: Deploy to other email clients than Outlook

eMailSignature support automatic email signature deployment to Outlook/OWA.
If you have some users with other email clients than Outlook, you can auto generate their email signature and then deploy signature files manually.

  1. eMailSignature > Signatures, Preview.

  2. Enter user initials in Preview as and click Preview:


  3. Click Save Signature and manually deploy file to the client. Repeat this process when your design changes.
