Only HTML format is supported.

As all clients email format is set to HTML in Cockpit -> Actions -> General Outlook Settings, it makes no sense to create campaigns/disclaimers in other formats as all outbound emails will be in HTML.

If your prospect plan to attach campaigns to RTF/TXT reply signatures, this is not supported for two reasons:
  1. Only very few inbound emails are in RTF/TXT (<3%).
  2. Both RTF/TXT have limited design features and none of then can carry images.

Thanks Jesper, that makes sence. But surely the Disclaimer should still show up?
My client is looking at having a text based campaign and disclaimer and does not want to use images. They are in the legal industry and so a lot of business is still done in Plain Text and RTF.

This is the first time I have heard of this (As we do not use RTF or Plain text at all)

Is there any way for the Campaign and Disclaimer to work in this instance?

Thanks

Unfortunately, you cannot use Campaign or Disclaimer Manager with RTF/TXT formats.

WORKAROUND
To get disclaimer and campaign in RTF/TXT formats, you can insert the content in the email signature design.
This is less flexible, but might work for a client with more static content.
