You create a new signature (without creating RTF and TXT).
Now you decide to create the RTF version by clicking on Design Rich Text Signature.
When previewing you get this error:
| Quote: | | It seems that you have some missing or wrong field mappings in the signature 'xxxxx' (RTF format). Please check your field mappings in the design view. Parameters in templates are [] and source fields from AD are [] |
Workaround:
Click i the template body and then Save .
When you try to delete the template you get this error (but it is deleted):
| Quote: | | Cannot delete the signature. Error Code: 0 |
