Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi,

I have so many probem whit my citrix server and this outlook add-on.
The signature is never there automaticly, I need to select all the time, or I need to re-run the scritp before open outlook.

I tried to do whit the GPO same thing.
I put the batch file in startup\all user do the same thing.
I move the file to %username%/mydocument. still nothing.

Users must execute Sign.exe during logon to pull information from your settings DB.

Make sure users Outlook profiles (that stores the email signatures) are not deleted during Citrix log off.
Then execute Sign.exe from your NETLOGON share using script found in the Best Practice deployment Guide.

You can execute Sign.exe in a number of ways, but using startup folder should be your last choice ... Wink
