A quite common challenge is that administrative accounts/resources like meeting room, projectors and cars use licenses because they run sign.exe.
To avoid that set the extension attribute/custom attribute 10 to "NOSIGNATURE". when sign.exe runs for a user with this value set, no signatures will be generated and hence not taking up a license. Please consult your Windows manuals on how to do this.
Please use this for your administrative accounts.
Please also note that once the license count is exceeded, no users will have signatures generated. This is considered as a violation of the licenses. Please release users in Diagnostics or use the release Licenses tool to free up licenses when the user has stopped working in your company. If you need further licenses, you can always upgrade your license key by contacting us.
