On Launching Cockpit we get a message saying "Error in Database: unrecognized database format C:\NETSIGNATURE\settings.mdb.. Please repair it in Acces by using the compact and repair option in Access."
The mahine we are using doesn't have Access running on it. Is there another way round?
If we deleted the database, would it get rebuilt by EmailSignature?

Hi Phil,
If you are able to open your Cockpit, do this;
Cockpit (v.5) -> Help menu, Compact and Repair Database.
If you cannot open the Cockpit, then open C:\NETSIGNATURE\settings.mdb from a PC with Access installed, and Repair the DB in Access.
When you are able to open your Cockpit again, use 'Compact and Repair Database', as this will create a settings_BAK.mdb which you can always restore in case you get the problem again.
