I was building our own signature structure, and suddenly I got this message several times on all clients, and I couldn't fix it in any way:

"The signature path cannot be located. You might need to reinstall the profile. See how to on www.emailsignature.eu. Path ....."

I tried a lot of things, analysed, compared results, and finaly I found the problem. I know there's a lot of solutions in here for this known issue, but this one may be an easy way out for some.

If you have copied any signature, this could be the problem. It was for me. I deleted the signature I've copied some time (FIRST I made sure that I had the HTML saved in a document saved locally) and then it worked. In order to get the deleted signature back, I just created a new one and pasted the saved HTML in there.

So try:
- Copy HTML from signature you've made a copy of some time
- Delete signature (the copy)
- Create a new one and paste the HTML
- And you MAY be good to go Smile

Talked to Rasmus over the phone, as this is the first eMailSignature 7 profile error.

Rasmus tried to copy a signature as described, but could not re-create the symptom.
