Manage Email Signatures centrally from your Desktop - For All Users

I am looking for a tool that allows us to:
- Insert Outlook email signatures that include a graphic with a link so when clicked the reader goes to a particular web page.
- Use different signatures for different groups within our company.
- Change the signature to promote different events or campaigns -- centrally, without individual user involvement if possible. In other words, after using one signature, insert a replacement for it including text, new graphic, and new destination link for the graphic -- all without having the Outlook users have to manually modify or insert a new signature.

Are all these possible with eMailSignature? I never heard of your product before, but from what I've seen, these things appear to be feasible.
