Outlook Stationery deployment not working in Outlook 2007

Used this simply code during test:

Mathias is reporting it does not work in Outlook 2003. I also cannot make it work in my Outlook 2007.

Can you please confirm you can make this work?

Personally I think, there are better ways to create a signature, without using stationary.
Perhaps it is better to remove this feature...
(Do you know anybody who uses it?)

Working in OL 2003 without Word as Editor.

Thus, Stationery does not work in Outlook 2007 as Word cannot be disabled by Microsoft design.
