You cannot increase the column width and read what to do.

Column width increased.
Now you can read how-to do it manually in the Status Monitor.

Automatic release licenses
Include Release license tool in the package and automatically removed unused licenses within the Cockpit.

THere is now an option to release licenses directly from within the Cockpit.

Licenses will be release for all who have not run eMailSignature for the past 30 days.
