|

Summary
Users executing Sign.exe during log on require a license key.
So controlling who execute Sign.exe, you control which users will pull a license.
Thank you Poul for sharing your TIP with us!

Add the group to sign.exe security permissions with read & execute permission & remove execute permissions from all others (administrators, authenticated users, etc.).
The mentioned users will not have execute permissions and sign.exe will not run for them. |
Outlook Web Access (OWA)
The admin running SignOWA.exe must have permission to run sign.exe!
Or you will get 'The remote server returned an error: (440) Login Timeout' error. _________________ </Jesper> | Manage Email Signatures from your Desktop | Test Email Signature in All In-boxes | Email Signature Showcase
