Cockpit version 7.3.
SQL settings DB.

Symptom
Release Licenses Tool does not release licenses.

Cause
Cockpit connected to SQL database using eMailSignature_Standarduser.
Connection is then changed to eMailSignature_Superuser.

HKCU CCSettingsdatabase is updated accordingly. But Settingsdatabase is NOT updated and is still using eMailSignature_Standarduser.
