Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

I recently had to update a signature for two groups. Now when they reply to RTF messages there is no longer a signature. I have verified there is an RTF signature setup in Cockpit.

We are currently using Office 2007 and Cockpit version 5.5.

Please let me know if you need more information.

User ajimenez has a RTF format of Sig_Standard which is used for reply.
This means that this RTF version is used when replying RTF inbound email.

Maybe the RTF design is not updated. Then you click "Generate from HTML". Same goes for TXT format.
When you change your HTML the other versions are not automatically updated.

This makes more sense Smile

The log file stops with Sig_Brokerage in RTF format.
Please delete RTF format, "Generate from HTML" and make sure you delete images.
Check that the Log file completes OK after executing Sign.exe (as in your first log).

Does this work for you?

If the log file does not complete OK, please get back to me and I will have a closer look at your HTML.

Idea

We normally recommend not spending time with RTF as RTF format is no longer used and for internal use in Outlook only. RTF does not render correct in all recipients inboxes (those not using Outlook).
But as it seems that you do receive inbound emails in RTF, unfortunately, you have to spend time to make your RTF signature work.
