Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi all!

I've just installed EmailSignature, spent some time yesterday creating the signature, and the first campaign. All was going well, rolled it out to a couple of uses to test, all was working fine. Logged onto my PC this morning after I had made some changes to the signature last night, all still OK.
Started up the cockpit, and went to campaigns to make some adjustments, and my campaign was missing! The name was there, but no code, and no campaign! It's vanished!

Contacted the support team, they gave me some patches to install but where's my campaign vanished to? Have created a new one hopefully it's not gonna do a Houdini on me!

Anyone else had this problem??

If your connection to the database were lost that could explain it - but then your signatures would be lost as well ...

If only your campaigns were lost, maybe you created several with the same name? This is solved in the Beta version in the download section ...

Hi Thanks for the reply.

The SQL DB is located on the same machine as the software, don't think there's been any connection issues, and it's the only campaign I created with that name!

Will try the download! Laughing
