eMailSignature 7.5
Access + SQL database
Sign.exe 7.5.0
'Delete All Existing signatures ...' is selected.

Symptom:
Available is unticked after opening eMailSignature console twice - one ones but twice.

Log file Status: No signatures to deploy.

WORKAROUND
Remove tick in 'Do not set signatures for replies/forwards...'
