Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi,

We are looking for a conditional function like the $$NULL, where we can check the field content and have the option to show the field or not.

We have a common fax no. in the MSSQL user database for all users, now we wish to add the fax field only when the no. is different than the board no.

Is there a possiblity to do the same.

Yes there is, and I suggest that you do the following:

Create a view for your data in SQL Server that you will use for eMailSignature purpose.

In SQL Server create a function that takes two telephone numbers as parameters and compares them. Then return the right number in the view, which will be delivered to eMailSignature.
