eMailSignature supports Google Apps and all other mail servers.

The eMailSignature application works all e-mail server types because you don’t actually install it onto the mail server, and it doesn’t actually manipulate the server either. All the application is “worried about” (pardon the pun) is the e-mail client. That is what it connects to and manipulates to centrally manage the user signatures.

The data that the program uses can reside in one of three places that you determine in the cockpit. These are Active Directory (default), data based on a table or view, or data based on a stored procedure.

The approach used in eMailSignature has a number of benefits.
Since you do not have to install anything on your servers or clients there is no risk to performance or stability. Mails are not tampered with by the server, which can otherwise in some cases, lead to unexpected results, such as signatures being inserted in incorrect positions.
