our Korean office needs to have Korean charecters in their signature.
but when we add that sign.exe deploys a blank signature.
f.ex we use this as their title (소장) as soon as we remove that from the title field in AD it works fine.
is there any way i can get that working?

Please do not switch between code/design view but only design the signature in design view. The code view editor sometimes destroyes certin characters. If you stick to design view, then it works brialliantly.

i tried creating a new signature using only design view.
and it does the same thing.
when i check it in preview everything looks fine, but the signature is blank when it is added to outlook.

do you have input to this issue?
to recap the issues is there when we the imformation (in this case title) imported from AD contain Korean charecters (소장).
as soon as we remove the korean signatures from the title in AD it works without any problems.

Sounds strange. Customers from all over the World use eMailSignature in their local language. Does it write the signature for users who do not have Korean characters?

yes, it works no problem.
as soon as i remove the korean charecters from the Titel on the user in AD it works without any problems.
when i add them again it creates a blank signature and show the errors in the log.

same user, same signature only difference is if there is korean characters in the title field in AD.

it is the same on all of our korean users and the problem also occours if i add the korean characters to my own titel field in AD as a test.
