A Quick Way to manage Outlook email signatures

we currently have more users defined than licences available.
I know I need to remove the excess users, but does this mean that until I do, EVERYONE will have no email signature ?

I would have thought that those with existing signatures would still have them (up to the limit of the no. of licences), but that doesn't seem to be the case.

ALSO
.. I want to start using the Campaign module, but although I have defined a campaign banner and (think !) I have switched it on, nothing appears at the end of my email signature.

Please advise.

Jesper..
we already deployed the release licence tool - you worked with me on it !
It runs via scheduled task nightly.

So..you are saying that even though I have 700 licences, not one of those 700 will have email signatures because the total no. of users defined within eMailSignature is in excess of this no. !!!!
I can assure you that this will NOT encourage me to buy more licences - quite the reverse.

Of course Campaign Mgr is activated in my licence-key - o/wise I would not have been able to define a campaign in the 1st place.

1. bought more licences - I no longer have the errors being generated.

2. ensured that the campaign is ON with a cut-off date of 30/9/2009

I STILL have no campaign banner.

When I preview it looks fine.

What's the way forward ?

I opened the log file and discovered that there were now no signatures associated with my name. This also applies to a large number of our users too. This MAY explain why no signatures !!!

Why is it that the slightest thing wrong causes such catastrophic issues.
Why are we having such issues at all - every time I deal with this package it ends in disasters like this.
Am I now expected to waste more time switching on every user individually, when I never switched them off in the first place !!!!
Whose bright idea was it to scupper existing signatures when a customer happens to exceed licence-count ?

I have (once again) reset my signature - checked the campaign settings, re-run SIGN.EXE - STILL have no campaign banner.

Please contact me to take over my session and assist me to get this problem resolved once and for all with minimal extra disruption to our business.
