I have downloaded the email signature software (eMailSignature.exe) but it won't install on my Vista PC because it says access denied when I point to a save location. I have administrator rights to this PC and it installed on a Windows 2000 without any problems.

Alert Box message:

Unable to save file: C:\\Windows\Downloaded Installations\{CD610A8B-A43B-456B-9566-81BE5S...
The system cannot find the path specified.

OK

Any ideas?

On Vista, you need to run as administrator.

Being administrator on the PC is no longer enough ... Razz

Thanks. That worked. Its now installed.

Now next question, how do we change our online account details? We want to change the password and the email account.
