| Is there a way to lock down Outlook so that the user is unable to create new signatures. We've locked down edit and remove, but the button to create new signatures is still active. I'd like to turn that off so that they cannot even create a new signature and can only use the signatures we provide to them. |

No that is unfortunately not possible, I'm afraid. That is by Outlook design.
I suggest that you choose the deployment option "Delete all signatures.." and then you are sure, that they are always removed.
Thanks,

| That is what I have done, which will remove any new signatures at logon, but if a user doesn't logoff for months at a time then they COULD create a new signature and get around the system. |
