Images in email -> When a HTML email contains pictures located on the internet, send a copy of the pictures to their location instead of the reference.

Whether this option is selected or not in Cockpit, makes no difference on Outlook in Options -> Mail Format -> Internet format.

Outlook always has this option selected after running Sign.exe.
