What is the recommended email editor for Outlook 2003; Word, or Outlook itself? I'm worried about the HTML that word might write being dodgey, but disabling it means we lose auto-correct and spelling as you type.
Thanks in advance |

Your are 100% right!
I always recommend not using Word as the HTML is not W3C validated.
However, administrators typically face problems deploying without Word as the email editor as users are familiar with Word spell checking.

You can always choose to let users use Word As Editor after deployment by clicking the option "Allow Word as Editor" in Outlook Settings option in the Cockpit.
First time users run eMailSignature it will remove it, but this option allows them to put it back on. _________________ </Bjarne> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
