Will it suppress automatic signatures for inter-office email ?

As Outlook (by Microsoft design) inserts email signatures before the email address, you cannot automatically differentiate between internal/external emails.

However, if a special email signature for internal use is required, the Super user simply makes it available for users that need it (r-click on the sig).

Or select all (ctrl+a) and begin typing when you don't want to use a signature.
