Hi,
In Word 2003(sp3) when we go to File > Send to > Mail Recipient (as attachment) The email is created with the attachment but there is no signature. We can go to Insert and then manually add the signature but it isnt being inserted by default - I was expecting the signature to be added in automatically as its a new message. Any ideas why this is?
Thanks |

This feature is using Word to send email - not Outlook.
Thus, you will not see the email signature.
Only Microsoft can change this behavior and it's not related to using eMailSignature deployment software. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
