From the Cockpit menu Outlook Settings I have selected Word as the editor (item is checked) however when I look at the Outlook 2003 client under Tools>Options>MailFormat it’s not checked/enabled. Everything else appears to be working correctly with the signatures populating correctly but not the Word editor enabled function.
Attached is the log which does show it’s enabled but my entire company has this function disabled…

During first run, Word is always removed. When you select 'Allow Word as Editor ...' it means that Word will not be removed when users make the selection manually in their Outlook.
The setting in Cockpit does not deploy the setting to the Outlook clients.
Please see documentation here.
We have many question regarding 'Allow Word as Editor ...', so I will see if we can make a change in the next release, allowing the setting to be controlled from Cockpit. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
